Cornelius Lindsey | Senior Pastor
Cornelius Lindsey (born August 16, 1986) is an American trailblazer, pastor, and author. He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of The Gathering Oasis Church, a non-denominational church that is located in the Greater Atlanta area. He is the author of nine books, most notably So You Want to Be a Man?, I’m Married. Now, What?, and The Imperfect Family Man. Other aspects of Lindsey’sministry include his annual men’s conference, his non-profit organization, “The Man Cave Society”, and his YouTube channel that airs monthly bible studies on Christian manhood, fatherhood, and leadership. His YouTube channel has drawn nearly 300,000 views and his conferences bring together men from countries across the world.
In October 2009, after a stint in politics, Lindsey accepted his God-given call to pastor. After three years of diligent prayer, Lindsey and his wife Heather founded The Gathering Oasis Church. The church's first service was held on January 28, 2013. In addition to his local ministry, Cornelius Lindsey has become a prominent guest speaker in the United States and internationally. His speaking engagements have spanned across the globe to Jamaica, the Bahamas, London, Asia and Africa. As a preacher, Cornelius’ passionate, high-impact, and straightforward approach is exactly what is needed to propel men to advance the Gospel.
Cornelius and Heather are the proud parents of two children, Logan and Taylor. They currently reside in the quiet suburbs of Atlanta, GA. In his spare time, Cornelius enjoys keeping tabs in politics and sweating in the gym.
Heather Lindsey | "Only Lady"
Heather Lindsey is the wife of Cornelius Lindsey and the mother is Logan and Taylor Lindsey. She is an author, speaker and Founder of Pinky Promise, an organization that promotes honoring God with your life & body whether single or married. Pinky Promise was founded in January 2012 and has grown to over 50,000 women making a promise to honor God with their life.
Founder, Heather challenges teens, young adults and women to rise above cultural pressures and to stay determined to live for Christ regardless of their circumstances. Facing consequences women in previous generations couldn’t imagine, ladies receive straight talk from Heather on how to say no in a yes society. Heather serves passionately at the Gathering Oasis Church along side her husband, Cornelius Lindsey. She enjoys traveling, cooking healthy meals and teaching the word of God.
Solomon Jordan | Executive Pastor
Solomon Jordan is a man who is on a mission to ensure that all experience Jesus. Solomon is the husband to Kirsten Jordan and the son of David and Emma Jordan. Solomon attended Louisiana State University and has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Solomon has worked in the field of Human Resources for over 8 years in various companies and has made it his mission to ensure people are equipped to operate in a secular world with a God given purpose and work ethic.
Solomon has always been involved in serving others and loves to see what happens when others encounter and grow with Jesus. Solomon has one purpose and that is to see the love of Jesus change lives. Solomon is currently serving at the Gathering Oasis Church and is humbled by the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ. Solomon has a dream to see a revival hit this land.
Michael Pittman | Presider & Teacher
Michael Pittman is a lover of people, a family man and a devoted follower of Christ. Michael, his wife Amanda, and his son Elijah moved cross-country from Dallas, Texas to Atlanta, GA in 2016. He currently works in banking.
Michael is passionate about financial freedom, and enjoys studying various capital markets during his free time. He also films Youtube videos with Amanda, whom he also co-authored a book entitled, “Love Your First Year of Marriage.”
Michael serves as a leader of the marriage ministry, the visitor team and the pastoral team at The Gathering Oasis Church in Atlanta, GA.
Cervenny Miller | Presider & Campus Leader
Cervenny is a native of rural south Georgia and currently resides in metro Atlanta, where he's lived for over twenty years. He and his wife, Zakiyyah, are the proud parents of three beautiful children; Nia, Davin, and Trinity. He has a passion for educating youth, particularly in their relationship with Christ.
After years of working in leadership in Corporate America, Cervenny followed his passion into entrepreneurship to both mentor youth and serve in ministry. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and going on dates with his wife.
